This Privacy Policy explains how Abintrix (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Money Calendar applications for macOS and Windows and the money-calendar.com website (together, the “Service”).

Money Calendar is an offline-first personal finance application. Your financial data stays on your device. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Your Financial Data Stays on Your Device

This is the core principle of the application, so we state it first:

  • All of your accounts, transactions, categories, payees, and reports are stored in a local SQLite database file on your own device.
  • We have no servers holding your financial data, and we cannot read it.
  • There is no cloud sync built into the application. If you move your database between a Mac and a Windows PC through iCloud Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or a flash drive, that transfer happens in your own storage, under your own account, and we are not part of it.
  • Automatic backups are written locally, next to your data.
  • Optional password protection is applied locally on your device.
  • Data you import or export through CSV, OFX, or QFX files stays on your device.

The application never asks for your online banking credentials and does not connect to your bank or any other third-party financial account.

2. Connections the Application Makes

Money Calendar works offline. It reaches the network only for the following, and none of these requests include your financial data:

  • Currency exchange rates. The application downloads official exchange rates so that multi-currency accounts can be converted. The request asks for rates only; it does not send your accounts, balances, or transactions.
  • Licensing. Activating or upgrading a Pro license involves the license key and the email address used at purchase.
  • Diagnostics. The application may report crash information and the operating system version so that we can fix defects. This information does not identify you personally.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

If you contact us by email or through a support form, we receive the message content, the subject, and your email address. We use it only to answer you.

3.2 Website Analytics

The money-calendar.com website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, including pages visited, approximate (non-precise) location, browser and device type, and general traffic patterns. This information is aggregated and is used to improve the website.

3.3 Cookies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, basic functionality, performance, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties to sell and deliver the application:

  • Apple App Store — purchases of Money Calendar Pro for macOS.
  • PayPro Global — purchases of Money Calendar Pro for Windows.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, performance, and security for the website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request data.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics.

Important: all payments are processed by these providers. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

5. No Account Required

Money Calendar does not require registration, and we do not maintain user accounts. Pro access is granted by a license key or by your Apple purchase, depending on the platform.

6. No Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

7. No Advertising

The application displays no third-party advertisements and contains no advertising SDKs.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because your financial data lives on your device, keeping that device and your backups safe is your responsibility.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not store your financial data and keep very little personal information at all, those rights are limited in practice, but you may contact us with any privacy-related request.
